Efeitos do treinamento aeróbio de moderada intensidade e intervalado de alta intensidade sobre a composição corporal de homens treinados

Resumo

Exercí­cios aeróbios de moderada ou alta intensidade, quando conciliados com o treinamento resistido, têm sua eficácia comprovada pela literatura cientí­fica, no entanto, os resultados das pesquisas cientí­ficas ainda são divergentes quanto ao melhor método de treinamento para melhora da composição corporal. Deste modo, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar possí­veis alterações na composição corporal de 22 (n = 22) homens treinados, avaliados por meio de bioimpedância, após cinco semanas de intervenção. Os sujeitos foram divididos em dois grupos, sendo 11 (n = 11) no grupo que realizou o treinamento aeróbio de moderada intensidade mais o treino resistido, e 11 (n = 11) que compuseram o grupo de treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade mais o treinamento resistido. Após análise e discussão dos dados, chegou-se a conclusão de que não houve diferenças significativamente estatí­sticas entre os grupos de treinamento no momento pré e pós-avaliação.
