Creatina e desempenho

Resumo

A creatina (Cr) possui papel de grande importância dentro do mundo esportivo. Para alguns atletas, o uso correto dessa substância ergogênica resulta em um maior aumento no desempenho durante o exercí­cio. Sendo assim, a presente revisão teve como objetivo discutir informações sobre este suplemento, tendo em vista o auxí­lio aos atletas e profissionais para uma utilização segura e bem sucedida desse composto ergogênico.

Palavras-chave: recurso ergogênico, suplemento nutricional, atletas, desempenho.
