Influência da prática de exercí­cio fí­sico no pâncreas endócrino de ratas prenhes

Abstract

Objetivo: Agrupar os artigos que exploram os mecanismos pelos quais a prática do exercí­cio fí­sico atua sobre o pâncreas endócrino de ratas prenhes. Metodologia: Na base de dados do site National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI-Pubmed), foram utilizados 10 conjuntos de palavras-chave: 1) exercise, pregnancy, rat, pancreas; 2) training, pregnancy, rat, pancreas; 3) swimming, pregnancy, rat, pancreas; 4) exercise, pregnancy, rat, beta (β) cell; 5) training, pregnancy, rat, beta (β) cell; 6) swimming, pregnancy, rat, beta (β) cell; 7) exercise, pregnancy, rat, pancreatic islet; 8) training, pregnancy, rat, pancreatic islet; 9) training, pregnancy, rat, pancreatic islet; 10) swimming, pregnancy, rat, pancreatic islet. Discussão: A literatura mostra que a prática de exercí­cio é capaz de alterar metabolica e morfologicamente o pâncreas de animais restritos não prenhes, além disso, observou-se que o exercí­cio foi capaz de normalizar a secreção de insulina em ratas prenhes. Conclusão: Dependendo do tipo e intensidade com que é empregado, o exercí­cio altera o pâncreas endócrino e é capaz de gerar uma reprogramação pancreática, porém, são necessários mais estudos para elucidar de forma mais precisa os mecanismos pelos quais o exercí­cio realiza essas alterações.
