Calidad de vida de los estudiantes de enfermería en una institución docente de Distrito Federal/DF

Introducción: La calidad de vida (CV) se mide por el grado de percepción del individuo en su relación física, psicológica, social y entorno. Objetivo: Analizar la percepción de la calidad de vida de los estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada del Distrito Federal/DF. Métodos: Se trata de un estudio transversal, descriptivo y cuantitativo. La recogida de datos se realizó mediante un cuestionario sociodemográfico y el instrumento de evaluación de la calidad de vida denominado WHOQOL-BREF. Resultados: 175 estudiantes participaron en el estudio. Como resultado, se encontró que los académicos tenían una buena calidad de vida. Entre los dominios del instrumento de evaluación de CV, el peor presentado fue Psicológico, debido a los sentimientos negativos, que pueden conducir a ansiedad, estrés e incluso depresión. El mejor dominio presentado fue Físico, considerado bueno. Conclusión: Los resultados del estudio pueden contribuir a la planificación de estrategias a aplicar, con el fin de minimizar las dificultades y conflictos identificados que impactan en la calidad de vida de los estudiantes.
