Prevalência de adesão medicamentosa em pacientes com doença arterial coronariana crônica

Objetivos: Avaliar a prevalência da adesão medicamentosa do paciente com doença arterial coronariana crônica e comparar os perfis clínico, socioeconômico e angiográfico de paciente aderentes e não aderentes. Métodos: Estudo observacional, transversal, prospectivo, quantitativo e descritivo, realizado de julho a outubro de 2016, em dois hospitais, sendo um público e outro privado. Forma entrevistados 130 pacientes submetidos ao procedimento de cinecoronariografia e consultados os resultados do exame. Utilizou-se o teste de Morisky-Green para mensurar a aderência a medicação. Resultados: A taxa de adesão medicamentosa foi de 26,15%, considerada baixa. Dentre as variáveis de perfis clínico, sociodemográfico e angiográfico apenas a hipertensão foi mais prevalente nos pacientes aderentes. Conclusão: Visto que a gravidade da lesão não ter tido associação direta com a adesão, sugere-se que pesquisas posteriores considerem o risco genético como fator de risco independente.
