Introduction: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a frequente and progressive neurodegenerative disease, characterized as a risk group through the pandemic of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). For this reason, telemonitoring appears as a good therapeutic alternative for the continuity of physiotherapy services. Objective: To evaluate the frequency of physical activity, adherence and satisfaction of patients with PD in face of telemonitoring. Methods: This is a quasi-experimental longitudinal clinical study. Three videos in 9 weeks of telemonitoring were sent via the messaging application. Frequency and adherence to exercises were evaluated, and finally, satisfaction with telemonitoring. Results: 21 patients were monitored. The frequency and adherence to the exercises decreased, presenting better rates among men. The level of adherence was higher among those who used the application of close relatives. Patients reported satisfaction with telemonitoring. Conclusion: The levels of adherence and frequency of exercises were better in males and among those who used apps from close relatives. Telemonitoring is a alternative therapy.
