The main objective of this study was to estimate the incidence of postural changes in individuals participating in the social action UNIG Portas Abertas, which took place on the campus of the Iguaçu University, November 2018 and May 2019. It is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. 75 individuals were evaluated. The postural assessment was performed using a posturograph, with the participants in an orthostatic position, with bare feet and hair tied. Analyzes were performed in the anterior, posterior and lateral views. The results showed that 89.5% of the sample had some type of postural change. The main postural alterations found were: deviation in the height of the hands (52.6%), lumbar hyperlordosis (47.3%), deviation in the height of the iliac crest, thoracic deformity, retracted shoulder and knee recurvatum (36.8%).
