Analysis of the implementation of the one minute preceptor teaching model in the experience of professional practice of physiotherapy students at a college in northeastern Brazil

To analyze the impact of the One Minute Preceptor on the experience of professional practice of physiotherapy students at a higher education institution that uses active teaching methodology in the Brazilian Northeast. Intervention study, qualitative and quantitative, sequential explanatory, carried out in the rehabilitation center, one of the settings of the teaching hospital, with a sample of 20 students and 10 preceptors. It took place in four stages, following resolution 510/16 of the National Health Council, under opinion 3,021,399. Quantitative analyzes performed in Microsoft Office Excel 2016® and Software Rstudio®, qualitative according to Bardin's content analysis. The One Minute Preceptor proved to be suitable for the institution's methodology and the profile of the participating students. It stimulated, motivated and favored reflective critical reasoning, being perceived by the groups as an improvement in the conduction of preceptorship, feedback and active posture of the students, making it possible to consolidate instruments that facilitate teaching-learning in clinical practice environments.
