Avaliação da autoimagem corporal e genital em mulheres com dispareunia

Resumo

Introdução: A dispareunia é subclassificada em distúrbio de penetração/dor gênito-pélvica no qual a mulher apresenta dor genital frequente. A apreensão com a autoimagem corporal e genital podem causar diminuição no interesse e prazer sexual. Objetivo: Avaliar a autoimagem corporal e genital de mulheres em idade reprodutiva com dispareunia autorrelatada. Métodos: Estudo do tipo transversal com abordagem quantitativa. Participaram desta pesquisa 127 mulheres com dispareunia autorrelatada. As participantes responderam a um questionário online que possuía questões relacionadas ao perfil clínico e sociodemográfico e as escalas Body Apreciation Scale-2 (BAS) e Female Genital Self Image Scale (FGSIS). Resultados: Entre as variáveis analisadas foi possível observar diferença significativa da BAS somente em relação ao questionamento sobre ter ou não filhos. Na FGSIS esta diferença ocorreu na classificação da dor (p = 0,016). Foram identificadas diferenças entre as classificações leve e moderada (p = 0,045) e leve e grave (p = 0,042), mostrando que a classificação leve teve resultados superiores do FGSIS em ambas as comparações. Conclusão: Mulheres com filhos possuem uma menor apreciação corporal e mulheres com maior idade e com uma dispareunia classificada como leve possuem uma autoimagem genital mais positiva.
